The most common thing you see in a job is office politics. If you’re working in a team, you’ll be a victim of it too. Discussions in the group revolve around who’s right and who’s wrong, even without evidence, and you’re usually the first one to be blamed.
It all boils down to this: when they want to fire you, your manager, who will constantly ask you for new things and always belittle you and look for mistakes, will try to find any fault so they can fire you, That’s just how people are. If your team leader or manager feels that someone else should be in your place, they’ll sit down and think about what you’re doing and how much work you’re doing.
Then, even if it’s a small mistake, they’ll start talking about that mistake, something you never even discussed before. You’ll feel like your manager is harassing you excessively. Yes, you’ll feel like your manager is scrutinising you too much

Then you’ll think, “Forget it, if my own manager isn’t supporting me, then I won’t work either.” This is what my experience tells me. I lost my own job. It was a small company, but it had a contract with a large company. I had been working there for two years, but they didn’t seem to think it was right that I had been working there for two years.
The team leader or manager talked to each other and decided to fire Vinod. Then that person’s voice reached my ears, and a forced meeting was held to fire me. I was indirectly told to leave my job. A few days later, I found out that a trap had been laid against me.
One day, my manager suddenly asked when I was leaving my job. What I feared happened. I asked why I should leave my job.
My manager had nothing to say, so he remained silent. Time passed, and he started harassing me even more. He harassed me so much that even after I finished my work, they would ask what I had done. The harassment was increasing day by day, and when I was feeling distressed, I was forced to leave my job because I didn’t have a backup job.
When I left my job, I did so with a heavy heart. I was forced to leave, and tears welled up in my eyes when I resigned. Another month passed before I finally resigned. I was harassed repeatedly. When I resigned, everyone fell silent. A boy came for an interview for my position, and I found out that he didn’t know anything.
My manager was asking me to stay for a few more days. A misunderstanding occurred because my manager said “15,” and I understood it as 15,000. I didn’t receive an offer letter. I sent an email and asked, and I found out that my manager wanted me to stay until the 15th.
I talked to my coordinator and said that my notice period was over, and please release me. I was following the rules, and the company people couldn’t stop me, so they told me to leave. The funny thing is, they needed more people. But I couldn’t find anyone with experience, so I didn’t say anything, and he left according to company policy.
I have 5 years of experience, but I’ve learned that politics is everywhere. You can be fired from a company at any time, so you need backup support and family support, otherwise, it won’t take long for tears to well up in your eyes.
If you any issue to comment .
