Job scams are a massive trap that ensnares innocent people. It’s a huge racket that primarily targets people in villages who are most in need of jobs. First, they target people through online portals, then they assess them based on their demeanour to determine who is most desperate for a job. They have a cunning strategy to trap people. There’s a telecaller who is skilled at brainwashing people and promising them a guaranteed job.
When you go for the interview, they seat you in a way that prevents you from sharing your concerns, and they tell you to remain silent. During the interview, they keep the lighting dim to make it difficult for you to read the document they make you sign, which contains fine print stating that your money will not be refunded. This prevents you from filing a complaint later. After entering the cabin, they flatter you and then ask for money. When you hesitate, they ask how much money you have, and then they demand exactly that amount. If you pay the money, they give you a slip stating that your money will not be refunded, which causes problems for you later.

They manage to evade the police, and people continue to go along with them hoping to get a job, thinking that losing a little money is acceptable. But in reality, they are simply sent away with the promise that they will receive a call for a joining letter. This type of scam is happening everywhere. People are now being scammed both online and offline.
